Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and FLOWFRAME LLC ("FlowFrame," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the FlowFrame software and website located at flowframeapp.com (the "Service").

By creating an account or using FlowFrame in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FlowFrame.

2. Description of Service

FlowFrame is an AI-powered project planning tool that converts project descriptions into visual workflow diagrams. The Service is provided on a freemium subscription basis:

Free Plan: Up to 3 saved projects, AI workflow generation (up to 10 AI messages per day), visual canvas editor, shareable links, PNG and JSON export, and cloud sync across devices.
Pro Plan ($0.99/month): Unlimited projects, AI workflow generation (up to 100 AI messages per day), all Free features, and Google Calendar integration. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

FlowFrame uses AI to generate workflow suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for planning assistance only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for all situations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated content.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately at elwoodcello@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

Email accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing a valid, accurate email address that you own and have access to. FlowFrame uses your email address as the primary means of communicating important notices including price changes, policy updates, and subscription information. If you provide an invalid, fake, or inaccessible email address, you waive your right to claim that you did not receive any such notices. FlowFrame is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to provide or maintain a valid email address on your account.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at $0.99/month through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize FlowFrame to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you received a refund, your subscription is also set to cancel at period end — you keep Pro access for the remainder of the month you paid for.
Refunds: Each billing cycle includes a 7-day refund window from the date of that cycle's charge. If you request a refund within 7 days of any monthly charge, you will receive a full refund for that charge and your subscription will be set to cancel at the end of your current billing period — meaning you keep Pro access through the end of the month you paid for, and will not be charged again. After the 7-day window closes, that month's payment is non-refundable, but you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your Pro access will continue through the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests must be made through the in-app refund button or by contacting elwoodcello@gmail.com. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window except where required by law.
Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 7 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. FlowFrame does not store your payment card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowFrame to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FlowFrame
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that could harm or overload our infrastructure
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in FlowFrame, including your workflow names, descriptions, and project data ("Your Content").

By using FlowFrame, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, will not sell it, and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving FlowFrame.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FlowFrame uses Google's Gemini AI to generate workflow plans and suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation
FlowFrame makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
FlowFrame is not liable for any losses, damages, or harms arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

FlowFrame and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by FLOWFRAME LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on FlowFrame without our express written permission.

The FlowFrame name, logo, and branding are trademarks of FLOWFRAME LLC. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLOWFRAME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOWFRAME LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWFRAME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLOWFRAME IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLOWFRAME LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowFrame at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your profile settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FlowFrame shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at elwoodcello@gmail.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you by email. Your continued use of FlowFrame after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
